Our bioinformatics team
The ideal team for your project
Our team consists of bioinformaticians, data scientists, biologists and project managers working together. For each project, we assemble the optimal team that will develop new analysis modules, run them, perform the statistics, and draw beautiful figures for scientific publications, commercial brochures or web communication.
Thomas Darde, PhD
Founder & bioinformatician
As a specialist in toxicogenomics, Thomas has worked on multi-technological genomics data (DNA chip, 3‘ sequencing, Single-cell) on which he applied various methods of multivariate exploratory analysis (PCA, FMA, clustering) and machine learning (Machine and Deep Learning). During his thesis at INSERM, he developed The TOXicogenomic sIgNature (TOXsIgN) repository and the Reprogenomics Viewer.
Théophile Grébert, PhD
Project manager & Bioinformatician
Théophile is an expert in microbiology and bioinformatics. As a researcher at Sorbonne Université, Indiana University and Institut Pasteur, he used and developed integrative approaches (comparative genomics, RNAseq, metagenomics, ChIP-seq, CRISPR screens) to gain a holistic view of biological models from molecules to ecosystems.
Tristan Benoit
